Certificate of Approvals
VIRTUAL provides clients in the manufacturing sector with their mandatory Certificate of Approvals (C of A) for Air from the Ontario Ministry of the Environment. This may include a basic C of A for a new piece of equipment or a comprehensive C of A which allows flexibility for future changes or alteration in the manufacturing process or equipment selection. We use the following approved modeling: US EPA, O.Reg 346 air dispersion modeling and Scorer-Barett.
The Ontario Ministry of the Environment requires Certificate of Approvals (C of A) for all backup electrical generators. VIRTUAL performs air and noise modeling for these stand alone generators for condominiums, hospitals, big box stores and communication towers. They range in size from 50 kw to 600 kw or more. Sewer Use By-Law

Are you using city water in your process and not discharging it to the sewer? If so you may be eligible for a reduction in your water bill.
NPRI/O.Reg. 127
VIRTUAL can determine whether the Federal Government’s NPRI and the Ontario Government’s Regulation 127 mandatory submission applies to you and if it does then perform the necessary calculations and submit to the agencies on your behalf.
